Boiler servicing in Burslem

A boiler that is looked after lasts longer and costs less to run. A Gas Safe registered engineer services it properly and explains what they find.

What we do

How it works

  1. Book a time online, or call or message.
  2. The engineer services the boiler and checks the appliance and flue.
  3. You get a clear report, and a reminder when the next service is due.

Prices

A standard service covers the checks above. A full service includes all of that, cleans the burner, heat exchanger and other parts, and checks the system water. You are told the price when you book, before the visit. All prices include VAT.

Questions about boiler service in Burslem

What if the service finds a problem?

You are told what was found, what it means and what it would cost to put right. Nothing is repaired without your agreement.

How often should a boiler be serviced?

Once a year. Most manufacturers also require an annual service to keep the warranty valid.

Do landlords need a gas safety certificate as well?

Yes. A landlord must have each gas appliance checked every 12 months and give the tenant the gas safety record (CP12).

Is a service the same as a gas safety check?

They overlap but are not the same. A service looks after the boiler's condition and efficiency. A landlord gas safety record is a legal safety inspection. Both can be done in one visit.
