In cold weather the condensate pipe can freeze and stop the boiler. We clear it and make sure it does not happen again. - Pumps, valves and controls
Faulty pumps, diverter valves, thermostats and programmers are common causes of a boiler that runs but does not heat properly.

A repair starts with a call-out to find the fault. The call-out is £90 in normal hours. If the boiler is fixed during the call-out, you only pay for the call-out. If a part is needed, you are given a quote for it before anything is ordered or fitted, and nothing extra is done without your agreement. All prices include VAT.

Can you repair any make of boiler?
We repair most gas boilers. If a part has to be ordered, you are quoted for it before anything is bought.
My boiler shows a fault code. What should I do?
Note the code and check the pressure gauge. If the pressure is low, or the code comes back after a reset, send us the code and a photo.
Should I repair or replace my boiler?
If the boiler is old and repairs are becoming frequent, we tell you honestly whether replacing it makes more sense. You decide.
