What we do
- What is checked
Each gas appliance, its flue and ventilation, and its safety devices, so unsafe appliances are found before they cause harm. - Your certificate
A gas safety record (CP12) with the appliances, the findings and the result, sent to you by email the same day. - Boiler service on the same visit
If the boiler is also due a service, it can be done in the same visit. - Reminders
You can be reminded when the next annual check is due, so the certificate does not lapse. - If something fails
Where an appliance is unsafe you are told straight away what needs doing and why.
How it works
- Book online, or call or message.
- The engineer checks every gas appliance, flue and ventilation.
- You receive the CP12 by email the same day, ready to give to your tenant.
