Everything in the standard service, plus the burner, heat exchanger and other parts are cleaned and the system water is checked. - Landlords
A landlord gas safety record (CP12) can be done on the same visit, so the boiler is serviced and the legal check is covered.

A standard service covers the checks above. A full service includes all of that, cleans the burner, heat exchanger and other parts, and checks the system water. You are told the price when you book, before the visit. All prices include VAT.
